This website introduces LANCRET designs and helps you prepare an enquiry. Adding a piece to your cart or preparing an enquiry draft does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment.
Product information
Stone weights, materials, available options, pricing and availability are confirmed for the individual piece before an order is agreed. Colours and apparent proportions may vary with screen settings and photography.
Commissions and orders
The design, specifications, price and payment arrangements are confirmed directly with you before a commission proceeds. Our Delivery & Returns policy explains complimentary DHL shipping, production times, return eligibility and refunds. Customised jewellery is not refundable for a change of mind; remedies for defects and applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
