Choose a ring that fits the intended finger. Measure straight across its inside edge in millimetres, excluding the metal. Compare this diameter with the chart below.

A jeweller can measure your finger with a ring sizer. Tell them if you are choosing a wide band or an eternity ring, as the design can affect how it feels.
